Number of Ayurveda Seats in India
As on 1st August 2023 in India total 31874 BAMS Seats in 449 Ayurveda Medical Colleges have been approved by National Commission for Indian school of Medicine (NCISM), Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. Out of total total 31811 BAMS Seats 4276 BAMS Seats are available in 57 government Ayurveda colleges, 1410 BAMS Seats available in 21 government aided Ayurveda colleges, 820 BAMS Seats available in 9 deemed Universities Ayurveda Colleges, 138 BAMS seats available in 2 central University Ayurveda Colleges, 350 BAMS seats Available in 3 National Institute of Ayurveda Colleges and 24880 BAMS Seats available in 358 private Ayurveda colleges.
